  15. I have been experimenting with pizza dough in my welbilt.  Here is my current
  16. recipe (as always subject to change :-).

  18. 1 package yeast
  19. 3 cups all purpose flour (I don't use bread flour for this)
  20. 1 1/4 cups warm water
  21. 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  22. 1 tsp salt
  23. 2 tbls olive oil
  24.  
  25. I only single rise my pizza dough (that is I let the machine mix and knead
  26. and then I remove the ball to rise in a glass dish).  What other methods
  27. do you use (I seem to have trouble with the manual setting on mine, it kneads
  28. forever, or so it seems).

  30. What other things have you done with yours on manual or interupted settings.

  32. Any good recipes for dinner rolls out there?!
